Features:
The biggest advantage of our machine is the bed of the machine is iron cast. which is hardly deformed, and it can maintain high precision for a long time. It allow the customer not only process softwood such as wood, MDF, plastic, acrylic, but also can allow the customer process metal and stone. The machine is very heavy, so it won't shake during process hard material.
It is desktop style, which only need small space for it. Although it is small but is still a high quality machine, all the machine body is iron cast structure, which is with strong rigidity.
The machine can process many different materials, such as: wood, acrylic, MDF, plywood, ABS, OSB, foam, aluminum, stone, etc.

1.Mach3 control system:Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC's to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.
2. 2.2KW water cooling spindle:This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM.
3.Stepper motor 450A: These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime.
4.XYZ axis TBI ballscrew transmission:The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality ballscrew, makes it high precision.
